1. Maintain continuous coordination with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education regarding education at the College.

  2. Conduct training programs in the field of e-learning and related programs.

  3. Organize seminars and lectures to promote the culture of e-learning, and plan and implement awareness programs for College staff on the importance of maintaining teaching technology equipment at the College.

  4. Carry out continuous evaluation of the status of e-learning at the College, participate in setting standards for assessing the quality of electronic courses, and follow up their implementation.

  5. Perform coordination and follow-up tasks related to training faculty members on various e-learning applications.

  6. Identify the training needs of faculty members and coordinate the organization of training programs and workshops at the College.

  7. Follow up on faculty members’ uploading of their electronic courses to the Learning Management System (LMS).

  8. Propose initiatives to activate e-learning at the College (workshops, seminars, hosting experts, etc.).
