1.    Forming non-permanent advisory committees in consultation with the Dean of the college regarding development and quality.
2.    Direct supervision of plans related to community service and continuing education, and developing scientific and practical programs to enhance these services.
3.    Approving the training plan for the training unit.
4.    Recommending contracting with consulting entities to review the college's strategic plan at all stages, in consultation and coordination with the Dean of the college, and ensuring the availability of necessary financial resources.
5.    Recommending the approval of financial costs for establishing and equipping the offices of the development and quality unit for male and female sections, according to specific standards set by the university's development and quality agency in coordination with the Dean of the college.
6.    Approving the minutes of committees and their affiliated units.
7.    Recommending assigning work outside working hours for those who need to be assigned for a period not exceeding ten days per month, as well as granting internal delegation for those who need to be delegated outside the university premises for a period not exceeding five days, after ensuring the availability of financial resources and the necessary approval.
8.    Establishing mechanisms for disseminating a culture of quality among faculty members, students, and staff in all academic and administrative units of the college, and recommending the approval of financial costs for organizing lectures and workshops at the university, in accordance with regulations and policies.
9.    Developing internal and external review systems for academic programs in the college.
10.    Monitoring the development process of academic programs and analyzing annual reports for these programs according to the standards of the Education Evaluation Authority and other recognized criteria in this field.
11.    Monitoring the implementation of the college's strategic plan and all related procedures and mechanisms in coordination with the Dean of the college and relevant committees.
12.    Supporting the college administration in designing its organizational structure and preparing the organizational guide.
13.    Providing consultations that contribute to improving the performance quality in administrative and academic units of the college.
14.    Establishing an internal system for internal monitoring of quality systems in all academic and administrative units of the college.
15.    Monitoring the implementation of developmental plans for the educational process and monitoring its progress in the college.
16.    Contributing to the development of policies and strategies for non-traditional learning methods such as e-learning and distance education, in coordination with the college's educational affairs agency, and providing technical support for developmental plans in this field.
17.    Coordinating and collaborating with the university's development and quality agency in the field of development and quality, and taking all administrative measures in this field.
18.    Developing appropriate mechanisms and programs to enhance the skills of the academic and administrative staff at the university.
19.    Establishing policies, mechanisms, and indicators to measure the quality of academic and administrative performance and provide feedback.
20.    Recommending approving regular and emergency leaves for eligible employees in the affiliated departments.
21.    Direct communication with counterparts in other colleges within the university, within the scope of their work.
22.    Approving the performance evaluation of employees in the affiliated departments and units.
23.    Direct supervision of data collection, organizing statistical tables related to the college, including faculty members, staff, students, graduates, and scholarship students.
24.    Acting on behalf of the Dean in his absence.
