1.    Supervising the university hospital and university medical services.
2.    Monitoring and coordinating clinical training affairs with hospitals participating in the training process.
3.    Supervising the Skills Lab.
4.    Supervising the internship and graduates units.
5.    Supervising the assistants and scholarship unit.
6.    Engaging with relevant entities within and outside the university in the scope of the vice-deanship's specialization and scope of work.
7.    Recommending the issuance of internal decisions required for the functioning of the college agency and its units, in accordance with regulations and rules.
8.    Approving expenditures from the vice-deanship's budget and custody in accordance with the governing regulations.
9.    Delegation to the senior deputies in case of absence.
