The College of Medicine's Agency for Development and Quality focuses on continuous evaluation of all processes and activities within the college and its programs, which helps determine the quality of these processes. This evaluation covers all administrative, academic, research, community service aspects, and other activities carried out by the college throughout the year, allowing for continuous monitoring of performance and its correction in collaboration with the college administration and its departments.

Through the Development and Quality Unit, we aim to promote a culture of quality to ensure the achievement of the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA); and ensure the quality of performance at the College of Medicine and the Medicine and Surgery program, which guarantees the achievement of the college's vision, mission, and strategic goals, and the leadership the College of Medicine aspires to in an integrated and reliable manner.

At the College of Medicine, we rely on measurable quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to assess how well we achieve our strategic goals, determine to what extent we fulfill our tasks and commitments, identify shortcomings, and develop operational plans for continuous improvement. Furthermore, we select benchmark standards to compare our performance with other national colleges, helping to evaluate the position of the college and the quality of its performance in comparison with other national colleges.
