Mission

Developing the educational process to meet the quality standards of the College of Medicine by providing an integrated e-learning environment accompanied by support and assistance for faculty members and students.

Objectives:

  1. Promoting a culture of e-learning within the college.
  2. Enhancing the capabilities of faculty members in e-learning through workshops and educational lectures.
  3. Developing students' skills and abilities to adapt to modern advancements using new technologies.
  4. Converting the college’s courses into e-learning formats.
  5. Organizing necessary training courses and workshops to support e-learning.

Tasks and Plans:

  1. Maintaining continuous coordination with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education regarding the college’s educational processes.
  2. Organizing training programs in e-learning and related fields.
  3. Hosting seminars and lectures to promote a culture of e-learning and implementing awareness programs for faculty members on maintaining teaching technology resources.
  4. Conducting ongoing assessments of the state of e-learning at the college and participating in setting quality evaluation standards for e-courses and ensuring their implementation.
  5. Coordinating and following up on faculty training in various e-learning applications.
  6. Identifying faculty training needs and organizing relevant workshops and training programs.
  7. Monitoring the uploading of faculty courses onto the Learning Management System (LMS).
  8. Proposing initiatives to enhance e-learning at the college, including workshops, seminars, and expert consultations.
